LIFE STYLE AND TRADITIONS
ARTISANS OF VENICE SERIES
#01
BEHIND THE GONDOLA
This series of photo books recounts the Venetian craft tradition, with an innovative, product-oriented slant. It is intended to be a series with a discreet, behind-the-scenes look at traditional Venetian craftsmanship, with the dual aim of not forgetting certain traditions that are unfortunately disappearing from the craft sector for various reasons. The first issue presents the product par excellence of Venetian craftsmanship, the Gondola, for the creation of which at least 10 different types of craftsmen compete. A unique work of art and craftsmanship.

EDUCATION TO THE GAZE
Feininger inspired me in my education in photography, but not only technically, also in terms of ethics and approach to looking. After having taught numerous courses on photography and 'gaze education' in Italy, San Marino, India and many other places in the world, as well as having held courses at the University of Padua, Rome and Naples, I am now truly convinced that I can offer anyone who is passionate about photography a book that over and above summarises technique, communicative syntax, ethics, approach and the development of one's own photographic personality to achieve one's own photographic style, whether it be photos for our family or for our photographic history.
HISTORY AND TRAVEL
I GRAFFITI DI VENEZIA
The first book on graffiti in Venice, an immense heritage hitherto unknown, an unprecedented look at a city yet to be discovered. An impressive work by the writer and narrator of Venice Alberto Toso Fei and historian Desi Marangon who mapped over 6,000 graffiti - among those still legible - in 5 years of research. Now this immense hidden heritage has become 'The Graffiti of Venice'. (Lineadacqua Edizioni): 30 chapters, a selection of more than 350 images, including graphic surveys and photographs taken by Simone Padovani, accompanied by an accurate and captivating narration on a Venice yet to be discovered.
HUMAN RIGHTS
SHAME - EUROPEAN STORIES
From Italy to Sweden, from Romania to Portugal: In recent months, portraits of nearly 100 victims of child abuse have been collected throughout Europe. Never has the dimension of the problem been captured in this way. Photos and videos from award-winning journalist Simone Padovani documenting the injustices now give the victims a voice. The exhibition «Shame – European Stories» is a traveling exhibition and will be on show in several different countries in Europe.
